HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Our shopping cart works like any other cart. Put the items in the cart and checkout. If you would like to email your in or there is a problem with the sites cart, please email your order to shannon@davimacmotorsports.com.au
If you shop online and then decide to make an additional order and wish to combine shipping, please contact us. We'll make every effort to combine orders and correct shipping charges.
 I JUST ORDERED A CUSTOM AXLE. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
  1. A Custom Axle Measurement form will be emailed to you or can be downloaded here
  2. Fill out and return the Custom Axle Measurement Form via email to shannon@davimacmotorsports.com.au.
  3. Your measurements are sent to our design team. After 1 business day, a CAD drawing of your axles will be emailed to you for approval.
  4. Once we have received approval for your drawing, we will begin manufacturing your axles. Please allow a four week lead time. 
  5. You will be notified once your axles are completed and ready for  dispatch. A tracking number will be supplied if shipping is requested. 
SHIPPING
Shipping varies based on the item and weight of your order. We use Australia Post to ship apparel and accessories. Heavier items are shipped via TNT. Unfortunately we cannot deliver vehicle parts such as axles to PO BOX addresses. Alternative arrangements can be made to have items picked up locally or at an upcoming event. 
HOW LONG CAN I EXPECT TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders within Australia usually arrive within a weeks time. Custom orders have an estimated four week lead time.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

For Apparel; we will gladly accept approved returns or exchanges of products 14 days from the date of receiving your order. If the received date cannot be proven (no tracking information), the 14 days will be based from its order date. Please contact shannon@davimacmotorsports.com for additional information on how to return an item. Return items must be in new/unworn condition.

Refund amount will be the amount paid minus shipping fees. Any item that is defective will be fully exchanged and customer will not be responsible for return shipping fees. If the order is free of errors, customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways when returning or requesting for an exchange.

For Custom Axles; Refunds will be given if requested before you have approved your CAD drawing of your custom axle. If for some circumstance we are unable to manufacture your axles, a full refund will be given. We cannot offer a refund if we have begun manufacturing your custom axles.

We respect our customers' account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside affiliations or individuals. We hate spam calls and emails as much as you do.
