Four ways to start your IFS build
Start with the front end, the bare chassis, or a roller ready for your drivetrain. Pricing and build options are through Dialed Off-Road.
- Stage 1
Advanced Bulkhead
The complete Davimac IFS front end. Add bearings, brakes, CVs, rack and shocks.
- Stage 2
Starter Chassis
The 4130 chassis and core fabricated parts to start your own build.
- Stage 3
Basic Roller
Chassis with billet 7075 suspension parts, rear housing and engine guard.
- Stage 4
Advanced Roller
Adds steering, front diff, axles, panels, fuel cell and mounts. You supply the drivetrain and shocks.
Engineering
Designed and machined in-house
Every Davimac front end starts in CAD and is machined in our own workshop. Photos straight from our workshop.
Super narrow front diff
A 10" billet 7075 diff centre with Gearworks ring and pinion and a 7.5" CV mounting width. That narrow centre is what frees up 23" of usable front travel.
Billet where it counts
Uprights, upper control arms and tie rods are machined 7075 aluminium. Lower arms are TIG-welded 4130.
Built to be serviced
FK rod ends, 12.9 hardware and modular aluminium panels with Dzus fasteners, so trackside repairs are quick.
Development
Tested on our own car first
Before a design goes to customers, it runs on our own buggy. The IFS car is in its test programme now, and we'll share what we learn as it races.
